Credit Card Surcharge

Beginning December 1, 2025, HROSM will implement a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions to help offset the rising costs associated with processing fees. This surcharge does not apply to:

  • Debit card payments
  • Cash payments
  • Check payments

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, please contact your carrier to determine coverage or potential out-of-pocket expenses.

Additionally, please note that we do require co-payments at the time of service.

NEW CO-PAY POLICY FOR SURGICAL PROCEDURES –
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026

Beginning January 1, 2026, co-pays for all scheduled surgeries will be due in advance. Patients will be required to submit payment prior to their surgical date. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient billing process and allows us to better serve our patients.

If you have questions about your co-pay amount, please contact our billing department or speak directly with your surgery scheduler.
