In honor of National Physical Therapy Month this October, we took some time to interview our own physical therapists. Hear what Marc Forrest has to say about being a physical therapist in our video below.
Marc has been providing care in orthopaedic physical therapy and sports medicine to the Tidewater area since joining Hampton Roads Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in 2002. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia and subsequently received his Master of Science in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia Campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to comprehensive physical therapy services, Marc has specialty training in sports medicine with an emphasis on baseball injury prevention and treatment. He also has advanced training in industrial rehabilitation including work hardening and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Additionally, he is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.
