Since 2012, Dr. Jeremy Hoff has played an integral role in the development of our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program at Hampton Roads Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. We appreciate all his efforts to help us grow our practice, his commitment to give back to our community, and most importantly, his commitment to provide exceptional, patient centered care for each of his patients. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of Dr. Jeremy Hoff from our practice effective Friday, June 8th 2018. Although we are excited for him and his future endeavors, we are sad to see him go.
As Dr. Jeremy Hoff transitions from our practice, we are excited to welcome Dr. Rebecca Shoemaker, fellowship trained pain management physician to our Newport News Interventional Pain Management office. To ensure a smooth transition of patient care, Dr. Rebecca Shoemaker will begin working alongside Dr. Jeremy Hoff on Tuesday, May 22nd. Dr. Shoemaker will officially begin seeing patients on Monday, June 11th.
Dr. Shoemaker will be joining our fellow pain management physicians, Dr. Kinjal Sohagia, fellowship trained interventional pain management and sports medicine physician in Newport News and Dr. Scott Bradley, fellowship trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who practices at our Williamsburg office. Collectively, our team of Interventional Pain Management physicians are here to help patients return and maintain a healthy, pain free lifestyle.
