Bill has been practicing therapy since 1980. He graduated Cum Laude from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. He joined Hampton Roads Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and specializes in orthopaedics, pediatrics and bio mechanics of the foot and ankle. He has been recognized as an “Outstanding Young Man in America” in 1985 and 1986. Additionally, he was recognized in “Who’s Who in Medicine” from 1997-2000. He is a member of the Virginia Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. |
Marc Forrest, MSPT, CEAS

Marc has been providing care in orthopaedic physical therapy and sports medicine to the Tidewater area since joining Hampton Roads Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in 2002. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia and subsequently received his Master of Science in physical therapy from the Medical College of Virginia Campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to comprehensive physical therapy services, Marc has specialty training in sports medicine with an emphasis on baseball injury prevention and treatment. He also has advanced training in industrial rehabilitation including work hardening and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Additionally, he is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. |
Rob Williams , P.T.A.

Rob has been practicing as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2003. He is a credentialed Clinical Instructor with the American Therapy Association with experience in both outpatient and home health therapy. In his spare time, Rob enjoys hiking, bicycling, and playing soccer with his wife Denise. |
Phil King, P.T.A.

Phil is the newest member to the therapy team at HROSM, joining our office in 2008. He received his undergraduate degree in general studies with an emphasis in sports medicine from Radford University in 2002. In March 2008, he graduated as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Medical Careers Institute in Newport News, Virginia. |
