INFORMATION ABOUT ELIGIBILITY FOR OUR MRI CHARITY SERVICES HROSM has voluntarily pledged to provide charity care amounting to 3.6% of its gross patient service revenue derived from MRI services. Please help us meet this goal by referring your indigent patients who need MRI services. WHAT IS COVERED BY OUR CHARITY SERVICES?
The entire cost of the scan and the interpretation (generously provided by MRI +
CT Diagnostics) is covered for eligible patients.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Patients who do not have medical insurance and whose household income is no
more than 200% of the Federal poverty level are eligible. A chart indicating this
level for households of different sizes is included in your information packet.
WHAT MUST PATIENTS DO TO QUALIFY?
Fill out a simple application form and mail it to us with copies of supporting documents.
Once the form is approved, patients will be contacted to schedule an appointment
for their scan.

Study Information Our goal is go provide study results within 24-48 hours. In addition, we have an online link for area physicians to view images and reports online.
